INSTRUCTIONS

Before moving to registration, please be sure about the following points

1. Payment of registration fee. Pay Rs. 500/- as registration fee by any of following mode:    * You can use the NetBanking facility of any of yours accounts and make a transaction to A/c No. 0020N45200001 (IndusInd Bank) IFSC Code:INDB0000020.     Please note down the Transaction ID of the fee deposited to School's account and provide the transaction ID on registration form.           OR    * You can deposit it with a Demand Draft in favor of "BCM Arya Model Sr. Sec. School" and provide the Date and DD No. on registration form alongwith scanned/clicked copy of DD.     Bring Demand Draft with you on the day of Interaction as per the schedule allotted after registration.

2. Age Elibility Criterion 2½ to 3½ years on 31st March 2013.

3. Child's Pasport sized photograph (preferred size 200x250 pixel)

You should have .jpg image (scanned or clicked) of original copy of the following documents.

4. Child's DOB Proof

5. Father's Highest Qualification Proof

6. Mother's Highest Qualification Proof

7. Residence Proof

8. Report card of Sibling studying at BCM, if applicable

9. Parent's proof of being BCM alumni, if applicable
